Religious services, vespers, and worship

Religious services are the focal point of church life.

Praising God, calling upon Him and honoring His name, asking for His forgiveness and His comfort, and passing on the stories of hope – these are our central goals. In this context, the church year has special meaning. In the rhythm of the year, the great biblical themes are raised again and again, expressed in special liturgical and musical form.
Numerous services of celebration and gratitude, marriage and baptism complete the religious service offerings of the Cathedral of Berlin.
